TRANS-CLOMIPHENE HCL

Trans-Clomiphene HCL (trans-clomiphene hydrochloride, also known as Enclomiphene HCL) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). As the active isomer of clomiphene, its core function is to antagonize estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, blocking the negative feedback effect of estrogen, thereby stimulating the secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), ultimately significantly increasing the levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
